What does all day coverage mean?
All day coverage means we start photographing from the Bride/Groom preparations right through to the speeches at the wedding breakfast. This is our standard coverage and we obviously don’t expect it to suit everyone so please let us know if you require anything different.
Do you only deal with Digital Story Books?
Primarily our customers are looking for that modern touch to their wedding album and the storybook is perfect for that. We will however price up traditional albums from leading suppliers should you wish us to do so.
What if one of you is ill on my wedding day?
We have strict terms & conditions to give our customers peace of mind. As standard we offer 2 photographers per wedding, however if one of them does fall ill then their will always be the other to cover. Saying that we do have back up photographers who help out in times of illness and holidays. We also have a list of key photographers operating in our areas and will contact them if the need arises.
Can you stay till the evening 1st dance?
Yes, if you would like extra coverage until the 1st dance then we would usually charge £100 for this benefit.
Will the price quoted change?
The simple answer is no, unless you add or take off any extras. If we quote you in 2015 for 2020 then the price will remain. We do revise prices annually but this will only affect new customers.
What about Extras? e.g. Canvas prints, parents albums etc
We have a comprehensive list of extras, from extra albums through to framed prints and supply these at extremely competitive prices. We have a good relationship with our printer who specialise in fine art printing so we know we always provide quality goods.
Can I have a signature board?
Yes, a lot of our customers are interested in the signature board and we offer a service to provide a pre-wedding photographic shoot to capture the right image for your signature board, which can either be framed or mounted on foam kapa board ready for your wedding day.
Are you insured ?
Yes, KLS Weddings has public liability insurance and professional indemnity insurance.
